I really did enjoy reading this book about the crisis that Christian families go through and how they each look to the Lord with prayer and believing God to work it out for them. Even the gossipers and busy bodies had to humble themselves down. The only issue that I had with this book was that who ever typed this book for the kindle did a terrible job and apparently there was no one to proofread it. Sentences ran together in conversation with the different characters and misspelled words. There were times when I had to go back to different parts and reread it over again to get an understanding of what I just read. Hopefully, the second part of this book will have been proof read and easier to read. I'm really looking forward to the follow up.Product details

This book is based in a church, but deal with a lot of everyday issues. Infidelity, infertility, drugs and teen pregnancy...just to name a few! The characters are all ones that we can relate to and definitely believable.
I have recommended this book to anyone who would listen! Daniel Whyte III has won me over with this one, and I can't wait to read more of his work.
This book will have you looking at your fellow church members with the side-eye. Each family in this book had enough drama to keep enthralled with this book all day. Out of wedlock children, drug dealing, gossip folks, and a harlot trying to destroy a family can all he found in this story. My only issue with it, is how abruptly it ended! Definitely need a part two!
This was wonderful read for every Christian New in Christ or seasoned. It showed that we aren't perfect but God forgives and we forgive ourselves. This book will help bring many to Christ.Amazing amazing amazing. Thanks to the author for being obedient. You will truly be blessed. Ohhh pls note readers every situation involved prayer (open communication) and faith (trusting/believing) in God. This church didn't talk the talk they walked the walked. We need churches like this every where.
Being a part of a faith based Bible believing church family is vital and these authors do an excellent job of weaving a true to life story around the foundation of the church. The families, the drama, and the need for Jesus in their lives make this story come alive.
Although the story is fictional the reality if the situations each family faces are true to life. We can learn a great life lesson from them and have our faith built if we turn to God in the same way the authors led the character of this story.
One of the worst books I have read so far. Some scenes are not realistic. Having looked up Bible quotations, terribly different than what is actually in Bible.What an ending? Left me hanging. Book club choice. I will let you know how members view the book after our discussion of it.
Just returned from book club meeting where this book was discussed. Members agreed with me. Not a very good book. We will never know what happens to Stacy as a result of the auto accident. We refused to read another book by this author. Been there, done that.
As a Christian, I totally believe the intent and focus of this book. Everything Whyte wrote was accurate and true to Scripture. BUT..... while well meaning, it was poorly written. At first I thought this was simply a synopsis of a book yet to be written. The characters are not dimensional and the dialogue is stilted. The plot lines intersect with the various families (and this could have been a very good plot outline), but they are not developed enough, and the ending just lets all those lines drop. I'd really like to see this book developed, but right now I could not really recommend it to anyone.
Tells how Jesus takes care of you when you receive Him as head of your life. Full of testimonies of The Lord's power, mercy, grace and teachings. Also demonstrates how the enemy, Satan tries to kill, steal and destroy your life and soul, but the LORD almighty always prevails.
