These are fabulous calendars for anyone interested in "natural time". Phenology, astronomical cycles, etc are revealed in beautiful graphical fashion. I have to buy two copies so I can mount both sides one above the other, and have a whole year posted on the hall in the Biology Department where I teach. I plan to add next year onto the end until I run out of wall space, then rotate out a season at a time to make room to add future seasons.Product details

I have been buying this calendar for the past 4 years, love it.
This was such a cool find! Very educational. Phenomenal artwork! Works well with a ballpoint pen.
Once you figure out how to read his creation, it's an awesome calendar
The Ecological Calendar is a great way to stay in tune with the natural world from heavens to earth, it contains information about the moon, the planets, and stars for each week, along with interesting tidbits about living things and phenomena through the seasons. The artwork is beautiful, colorful and unique. It has space to make notes and I use it as a shorthand journal to record my own experiences of the passing of time.
I think this a wonderful earth guide calendar with very informative information at a glace & illustrated beautifully. But as a desk calendar book that is needed to record daily reminders and appointments I didn't find it very useful.
first got one of these in 2007-- i admit i kept it around just b/c the paper is so nice and i would reuse the blank spaces. nice way to keep you up to what nature is doing-- though if you are out in nature on a regular basis you can see it with your own eyes. like the other night-- jupiter and the moon were hanging out. nice that this calendar pointed that out too!
I have been getting these calendars for years - they are so beautiful and also very informative - put together three cork panels and each season just fits perfectly - the art work is awesome - will continue getting these each year!!!
